  1. Does our client feel heard?

At Convex Consulting, we have a firm belief in empathetic listening, with a goal of hearing your concerns, not simply responding to them.  We want to hear every idea that crosses your mind from every corner of your brain. If we're not listening, we're not doing our job.

2. Are our client's needs met?

While our goal is to go above and beyond, we first make sure that you initial needs have been met. While this may seem like a simple task, our team has learned that sometimes, people don't know what they need until they realize they don't have it. We are dedicated to listening to your expressed desires, while anticipating the needs that may have slipped your mind. By utilizing the principles of Design Thinking, we promise to fulfill all needs, small and large, obvious and hiding.

3. Have we exceeded our client's expectations?

The team here at Convex Consulting is not content with simply meeting expectations. We are dedicated to the belief that if a project has not gone above and beyond, then we have failed in our process of Design Thinking. Just as we want to hear ideas clients didn't know they had and determine needs clients didn't anticipate, we push ourselves to find ways to exceed expectations in ways no one could expect.
